There's a classic trope of "The Blank" who, by being so banal and uninteresting, simply negates all magic/psionics/whatever (either in it's vicinity, or that it perceives, depending on setting).
D20 Arcana has a 4-feat-long feat chain that eventually gets to that point (wow all of your first 9 levels of feats? What a deal!) And of course Pathfinder/3.5 has Anti-magic sphere...which ironically requires the null to have access to a spellcaster.
Are there any more ways of of creating a Blank? Obviously, not for any practical purpose. But I'm just interested
