Making a Cleric cast off Cha or gaining access to Domains as an Oracle

I really wanted to make a Charm domain based cleric. Unfortunately, the opposed Charisma checks from Charm Person are kind of hard to make if Cha is your 3rd priority behind Wis and Con.

So, any way I can make a Cleric cast off Cha or gain access to the Charm Domain as an Oracle?

If there are no such ways, would allowing Cha casting be too powerful as an Archetype? How about a feat?

The only Cleric archetype that casts with charisma is Elder Mythos Cultist (http://aonprd.com/ArchetypeDisplay.aspx?FixedName=Cleric%20Elder%20M ythos%20Cultist), and it's incapable of getting the Charm domain.

You could play an Intrigue (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/base-classes/oracle/mysteries/paizo-oracle-mysteries/intrigue-oracle-mystery/) mystery Oracle. They get Charm Person at level 2. Alternatively, you could play a Sacred Servant (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/paladin/archetypes/paizo-paladin-archetypes/sacred-servant) Paladin and get the charm domain at level 4, or a Seducer (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/base-classes/witch/archetypes/paizo-witch-archetypes/seducer-witch-archetype/) Witch which casts with charisma and is good at charming.

Charisma is an intrinsically weaker stat than wisdom, so houseruling your Cleric to cast with charisma sounds fine. Spheres of Power allows you to change which mental ability score you use for casting for the cost of a trait, Unorthodox Casting (http://spheresofpower.wikidot.com/traits#toc48).

What specifically do you want from the Charm domain? The spells, the powers, or those of a subdomain? Because depending on your answer there might be easier ways to get what you're after?

Specifically I wanted that sweet swift action Charm Person. The touch power and the spells are nice, but nothing I can't live without

Rod of Beguiling (http://aonprd.com/MagicRodsDisplay.aspx?FinalName=Rod%20of%20Beguili ng) is +5, but its also a competence bonus like the circlet.
