I copied the lyrics by hand, there are likely mistakes...

---------------------

Better wait a minute,
Uh,
You better hold the phone!
Better mind your manners,
Better change your tone!
Don't you threaten me son,
You got a lot of ball,
We're gonna do things my way,
Or we won't do things at all!

You don't know what you're messing with,
You got no idea!
You don't know what you're looking at,
When you're looking here!
You don't know what you're up against,
No, no way, no how!
You don't know what you're messing with,
But I'm gonna tell you now!

Get this straight!
I'm just a mean green mother, from outer space,
And I'm bad! (mean, green, bad!)
I'm just a mean green mother, from outer space,
And it looks like you've been had!
I'm just a mean green mother, from outer space,
So get off my back, get off my face!
Cause I'm mean and green,
And I am bad!

Wanna save your skin boy?
You wanna save your hide?
You wanna see tomorrow?
You better step aside!
Better take a tip, boy!
Want some good advice,
You better take it easy,
Cause you won't get off the ice!

You don't know what you're dealing with,
No, you never did!
You don't know what you're looking at,
But that's tough tilly kid!

Don't lie and don't sleep tonight,
And if your pull is tell me wrong! (positive these 2 lines I got wrong)

You say that ain't fair,
That ain't nice!
You know what I say,
Up yours!

I'm just a mean green mother, from outer space,
And I'm bad! (mean, green, bad!)
I'm just a mean green mother, a real disgrace,
And you've got me fighting mad!
I'm just a mean green mother, from outer space,
Gonna trash your ass, gonna rock this place!
I'm mean and green,
And I am bad!

Have you ever seen the original movie? Or the stage show?

Ah, the stories I could tell about Little Shop of Horrors... I joined the jazz band because of that movie... *flashback*
When I was in 6th grade, I played the clarinet in the school band. Now, every year the band teacher (Mrs. Capo, just so you know) would put together a medley that the 6th graders would play at the end of the year concert, while the fifth graders did stuff on stage that related to the medley. That year the theme was Scales from the Crypt, a bunch of horror movie themes, plus Little Shop of Horrors (and The Addams Family, but that's beside the point). Since I had recently discovered that I loved the movie, I was really excited, only to learn that the clarinet part was mostly resting and holding whole notes. So I went to Mrs. Capo to find out why the part wasn't better. So she told me that if I were in the jazz band, I could play the jazz band version, which was more involved. And luckily for me, there was an opening. So I took it. This also meant that I had to go to all three concerts (there are three elementary schools in my home town, and they share a music teacher, and who knows what else), but that was fine with me.
With the precedent set, I also auditioned for jazz band in middle school, but once I reached high school I realized that I didn't like playing jazz (at least, not the clarinet parts), and soon after I gave up the clarinet anyway.

I was in Little Shop of Horrors a couple years ago. I didn't see the movie version until it was over though, so it was a while until I heard about this song. I still love it though.

Also, I was dissapointed that my character was cut out of the movie.
