Recommended solo adventures (don't have to be official) for single player + DM

So I have a player that lives next to me that want to start playing DnD but he is not sure he will like it or play with party. So we agreed that I will DM him some solo adventures. It's something new for me too.

Can anyone recommened me some ready adventures for solo player + DM. They don't have to be official, everything is welcome. Never done adventures for solo so I would like to start with some prepared module.

I am doing this for my wife and ended up creating a couple of NPCs to join her character. Combat too swingy and risky otherwise.

I found several adventures created for this purpose. They are unfortunately set in path finder so I have had to change the set DC's and monster stats but it has been fairly easy.
