Specifically Sudden Stunning from dmg2, but also just in general.

Am I enhancing his claws or his fist? Would it apply to Eldritch Glaive as well?

Generally speaking, you enhance weapons and armor, not creatures.

Right but he sort of is walking armor, right?

I see that I wouldn't be able to enhance the claws, but shouldn't I be able to enhance the natural slam attack?

With an amulet of mighty fists or a battlefist, yeah. but not just because.

Right but he sort of is walking armor, right?And? Warforged have an explicit ability to enhance their armored plating, but nothing even implying ability to enhance their natural weapons.

Nope, those can't be enhanced either.
