Shinigami (Melee)

Background: Shinigami are departed human souls that have gained supernatural powers. As such, their bodies are composed of ectoplasm and they can only be seen by other spiritually aware entities, which excludes most humans. In the series, shinigami, as well as most other types of spirits, are quite capable of influencing their environment. Additionally, they can be injured and die like regular humans, though it takes considerably greater injuries for the latter to occur than it would in regular humans.
The most prominent supernatural power possessed by a shinigami is their zanpakutō, a supernatural sword generated from the shinigami's soul. Shinigami also naturally give off spiritual energy, which varies greatly in magnitude with the strength of a shinigami. A zanpakutō is a physical manifestation of this force concentrated into a blade.[1]
Shinigami operations are based out of Soul Society, which is the afterlife in Bleach. Travel between the human world and Soul Society is extremely limited and monitored, but some shinigami are stationed in the human world to carry out their duties and therefore must often travel between the two. In addition, it is a crime for a shinigami to remain in the human world longer than a certain time limit. A shinigami's duties include leading Pluses (ghosts) to Soul Society in a practice called soul burial (konsō), and the cleansing of hollows (evil spirits).[2] Later in the series, shinigami duties are clarified further, and it is revealed that they are also responsible for governing the flow of spirits between the human world and Soul Society.

Zanpakuto: (borrowed this lovely description from Behold The void)
A shinigami is given a basic Zanpakuto upon their graduation from the academy. Known as Asauchi, or “Shallow Hit”, these Zanpakuto do not manifest any abilities and are most commonly seen being carried by the standard rank-and-file soldiers within the Soul Society. All Asauchi appear as a standard Katana that the shinigami is considered proficient with. The sword is considered to be a one-handed weapon that the shinigami may wield as if proficient. The Zanpakuto has a critical range of 19-20/x2.

As the shinigami’s skill with their Zanpakuto grows, their Zanpakuto begins to awaken, becoming a sentient being in its own right. The zanpakutou’s personality is close to that of its wielder (as it is indeed a part of its wielder), and begins to increase in strength. At 2nd level, the Zanpakuto becomes a masterwork weapon.

At the 4th level, the Zanpakuto undergoes two changes. the Zanpakuto begins to communicate with you. The Zanpakuto becomes a +1 magic weapon, and every 4 levels thereafter (8, 12, 16 and 20) it grows in strength, up to +5 at 20th level.

At the 5th level, when Shikai is attained, a Zanpakuto also gains the ability to regenerate itself if broken or destroyed. Zanpakuto regenerate hit points at a rate of the 1/2 shinigami class level every day, and if shattered, they will mend themselves completely after three days.

Shikai: At 5th level, the shinigami finally learns the name of their Zanpakuto, becoming able to release their Zanpakuto’s first form and summon forth its power. A shikai can be released as a move action which does not provoke an attack of opportunity. Once released, the Shinigami must choose the type, and element of Zanpakuto, at first release, and cannot be changed. Types: Melee, Ranged, Spell caster. Upon choosing its type they get to choose one ability for the Shikai. Elements include: Poison, Fire, Air, Water, Earth, Acid, Lightning, Sonic, Divine, Unholy. You gain One Zanpakuto feat apon it’s release

Master Shikai: At 10th level the Shinigami masters the Shikai, able to maintain it indefinitely, and manifest what the Soul’s true form is, allowing it to communicate with others. You gain another Zanpakuto feat upon mastering it

Bankai: At 12th level, the shinigami defeats its manifested Zanpakuto and unlocks the secrets of Bankai, the final release. Bankai is an explosion of power far superior to that of a shikai, granting the shinigami a powerful boost for a short period of time. Bankai may be maintained for 1 round per character level, and is released as a full-round action that does not provoke an attack of opportunity. If the character has already released their shikai, releasing their Bankai is only a move-action. The Bankai follows the same type of path as the Shikai : Melee to melee, Ranged to Ranged, and Spell casting to spell casting, The element does not change. You gain one Zanpakuto feat upon gaining Bankai. When you use up all of your time in Bankai, you become Fatigued

Mastered Bankai: At 16th level you have gained complete mastery of your Bankai, allowing you to use it for 3 times your character level in rounds per day, when you expend all of these rounds, you no longer become Fatigued.

Ethereal Movement (Ex): Shinigami move as if they were on the Ethereal plane. Ethereal creatures move in any direction (including up or down) at will. They do not need to walk on the ground, and bodies do not block them (buildings and things of large mass does stop them).

Evasion (EX): If subjected to an attack that allows a Reflex save for half damage, a character with evasion takes no damage on a successful save. A helpless Shinigami does not gain the benefit of evasion.

Improved Evasion (Ex): She still takes no damage on a successful Reflex saving throw against attacks, but henceforth she takes only half damage on a failed save. A helpless Shinigami does not gain the benefit of improved evasion.

Shunpo (Ex): Shunpo is the art of moving in the blink of an eye. Shunpo can only travel in a straight line, at level 3 they can move 30 feet in a single Shunpo, and It increases by 15 feet every three levels after, for a total of 105 feet at level 18.

Reiatsu aura: At 6th level the Shinigami gains enough Reiatsu (spiritual pressure) to affect those around him within 20 feet. Those with in this aura that fail their will save, become shaken. Dc is 10+Shinigami level + Cha modifier, This maybe be activated or deactivated as a free action.

Reiatsu Armor: At third level, the Shinigami has gained enough Reiatsu to make their skin tougher. This allows them to add their Wisdom Modifier to their ac, this is active even when Prone.

I think Behold the Void allready did some pretty good soul reaper classes, you should look them up sometimes.

Anyways, you should really get a real table and format the text some more, following the standard formatting for D&D classes. Proper use of tables, line breaks, bold/highlighted text as well as using the (relatively)internally consistent organization and language can make things way more readable.
