Been DM “new player games” in 2019 and playing multiple characters (1 now Tier 3, 2 Tier 2, 13 at various levels of Tier 1 experimentation,) so only paying attention to one shop locally 90% of the time in 2018 but just wondering something.

In AL gaming only :

How many characters have you played from Level 1 to 20?

If not level 20 how many Tier 4 characters did you take from level 1 past 18th level?

One shots or games started above Tier 1 not included, please.

I am trying to decide if FRPGers suffer from squirrel syndrome as much as miniatures wargamers. My guess is, “No,” but maybe I am expecting too much...

I’ve played one character level 1-20 in AL; and I have one more in tier 3... but in my area few people are running higher level games, so opportunities (outside of conventions) are limited for Tier 3+

Currently, I have one character in Tier 4 at level 18, he was the first character I had ever made. I have 3 or 4 characters stuck in tier 3. Its a bit annoying to be honest. I'd love to play more T3 games, but no-one else at my table has a T3. They all have T2's that are at level 10, then we start a new campaign at level 1.
