Hi,

You might find what you seek in the Iron Kingdom rulesbook, they have a lot of technological stuff (mecha and so on).

Otherwise you have the rhune setting for Pathfinder which has a part of it using lightning to powerup some technological items.

hope it helps.

How about the Dragonstar (https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/TabletopGame/Dragonstar)?

Also, for small things: Dragon magazine have the "Modern Magic" article in #327 - gives magical analogs of some modern things (such as Internet Maps, or PDA) -, and #351 have Technomagical Implants in "The Clockwork Disciple" article

DragonMech also has some steampunk cyborgs and mech cities.
