I use this one for all of mine: it organizes skills by ability, and is generally well laid out: https://i.pinimg.com/originals/c8/b7/7c/c8b77c6a2e1fdfe609719041db6f080a.jpg

I like these.

Just not making me type out my class abilities is enough to make my life easier.

Ohh, I like it.

Organizing saving throws & skills with the corresponding attribute is so much better than the AL sheet method.

Showing the Spell DC & Spell attack bonus is also extremely useful.

Only thing I dislike is putting the breakdown for AC (Dexterity + Armor + Shield + Misc), although I suppose that could be helpful for newbies. I'd much rather have a space for a Temporary HP box, or more space for weapons.

I'm gonna be pretentious here -- a blank piece of paper. Maybe a set of pre-printed boxes for ability scores/modifiers at the top. You really don't need the box for the skills. You only need to know the things you're proficient in. (That goes double if you play with the skills being able to be used with different abilities.). If I'm playing a wizard, I like to make a little stapled-together spellbook too. I typically write my ability scores and modifiers at the top, circle my proficient saves, then write my skill and tool proficiencies under that to the left. Then my HP, AC, and attacks. Then my abilities under that, with equipment on the right. Though sometimes I give more space to attacks and put abilities on the right with equipment at the bottom. HP and AC might also either go above or to the right of ability scores. If I'm playing a cleric, paladin, or druid (spell cards), they go to the right along with spell slots, otherwise spell slots go on the spell sheet or in the spellbook. I like the flexibility. I can give more room to different things depending on what is needed for the character.

Admittedly, if I'm playing a bard, having the pre-printed skill list box is very, very nice.

I've done blank paper for years; still know how I set up a 2e character sheet on notebook paper. But, I'm running a library program with people new to the game, thus, pre-printed sheets help keep things clean.
