I saw Green Book today and this is what I think about the movie: This movie was awesome. No wonder this movie won the Oscars for Best Pictures. It about an Italian man and An African Man goes to the deep South during the early 60s. They deal with racism during their journey. I've given this movie 5 out of 5 stars for a perfectly great movie. :smile:

It be very hard to discuss the problems with this movie without violating forum rules, but it did not deserve best picture (IMHO), and simply serves to support my desire to not watch the Oscars anymore. Some simple googling will show you the problems.

There are certainly problems with the movie, but it was well acted, well produced... and last year was a BIT of a bummer for movies.

Not saying it was worthy of the award, but certainly a good movie.
As a story it left a bit much hanging in the air at the end, but that's what you get with "inspired by a true story" flicks.
