How can I put them up without having to have them on the internet???

You have to upload them to sites like Photobucket or Imageshack if you want to post them on the boards. Then use the tags with the url to the image in between.

To answer your question, you can't. You have to have them hosted somewhere on the internet to use them here. To see how, check B-Man's post.

If you need a site to host them on, try Photobucket (http://photobucket.com/). I think it's the most popular one on the boards, it's free, and it's rather easy to use.
