So I've noticed a lot of undead have immunity to the charm condition, a condition that is utilized a lot in a bard's spell list. My question is if a bard can still be useful in a campaign that is full of undead (assuming the role of healer is already filled)

If you are fighting vampires, the counter charm ability is amazing. Bards also get other choices. If you want to play one, go for it. You will do fine.

Not a lot of undead are immune to charm. Definately not enough to make a bard feel useless. Someone mentioned vampires. They are not immune to charm either.

Plus, charming things is only a tiny fraction of what a bard can do. Don't forget your skill bonuses, Vicious Mockery, Bardic Inspiration, and all of your other spells.

Bards can literally do anything so no you'd never be useless at any time. Just choose the right spells with your Magical Secret options.

Bards have plenty of spells that don't care about charm immunity, including some that you might expect would care, but don't. Just some examples:

Dissonant Whispers, Faerie Fire, Tasha's Hideous Laughter (but does require int 4 or greater), Silence, Heat Metal, Bestow Curse, Enemies Abound (check with your DM, given how charm-ish the effect is, but it technically isn't one), Greater Invisibility, Polymorph, Animate Object, Raise Dead, Synaptic Static (requires int 2 or greater), Regenerate, Forcecage, Teleport, Resurrection, True Seeing, Power Word Stun, and all their 9th level spells (although let's be real, you'll take Wish as one of your 18th level Magical Secrets anyway.)

Second this!
The Bard spell list is very robust and you should be able to easily arm yourself with a sizable arsenal of effective spells.

Plus, other Bard abilities like counter charm, songbof rest, inspiration, and expertise are all gonna contribute.
