Vampire class

Has anyone ever used/seen someone use this: https://www.tribality.com/2015/10/30/dd-5e-vampire-class-and-custom-backgrounds/
How were your experiences with it? Any thoughts on balance?
If its overpowered are there any other good vampire class options? (Not looking for a race cause you really can't push the very powerful undead within the limitations of a fair race)

Definitely influenced by the 4e vampire class though the biggest problem with that class was poor class attack powers which is not really an issue in 5e. Would have to think a lot more about this class to see how viable it is.

What level are you playing at?

Haven't seen anyone use it but it looks fun and I love the flavour.

No idea if it's balanced for PCs, I'm afraid, but I might well use it as a DM.

Also, the 'Feral' abilities alone seem like they'd be fluffy (no pun intended) additions for a Werewolf.
