Using a touch attack on a regular attack

Is there any way to embed, say, the touch attack available with clap of thunder into a regular weapon attack and have the damage of both?

I'm guessing no but maybe there is something out there?

Not precisely, but Arcane Strike has a similar effect for a full round at the cost of a spell slot.

I suppose you could take Touch of Golden Ice and stack some Dex damage onto it (if the creature happens to be Evil).
