improving crit

hello all, I am developing a npc for my game. I have him almost all done but want some help. He is an elven fighter with a courtblade. he has a high str score and improved critical feat. is there another way to improve the crit threat range and/or the crit multiplier?
Second what would you suggest for weapon enhancements for this +1 sword?

These two threads are the most complete Crit threads on the site. If you cannot find it there, it probably does not exist in a 1st-party book. The latter is a concise booklet for the better suggestions, while the former is an exhaustive listing of everything remotely Critical relevant from official 1st-party or 1st-party adjacent books, which is not covered by extant handbooks for combat builds; particularly TWF/MWF.
