I would really be shocked if we get one.
So I guess one Artificer is going to represent 3 months of UA.
Here's hoping to being shocked.

They have said we are getting more Artificer stuff this month (like Xanathar spells). I doubt it is today, but probably by the end of the month unless there is a delay (entirely possible).

I highly, highly doubt it. Remember, UA is totally just “whenever” now.

.........although...

They have PAX East at the end of the month. So, maybe they’d want to get it out of the way early this month?

Definitely definitely under.

They come from the land down under,

Where duergars, drow and men plunder.

I highly doubt it. I think that a safer bet would be on or around the 17th (https://twitter.com/RutyWoot/status/1104098890440237062).

A Note on UA Scheduling

We typically look to release Unearthed Arcana once a month. The series remains a valuable opportunity for us to publish playtest content and gather your feedback. That said, we want to release Unearthed Arcana content only when it is ready for you to try. Moving forward, this content will release on a more flexible schedule, roughly once a month and on whatever day works best that month. We’ll let you know when the next UA installment is ready! (There’s a good chance it will contain more content for the artificer.)

They announced with the artificer release they'd be going to a more ad hoc schedule. I wouldn't hold your breath. Link (http://dnd.wizards.com/articles/unearthed-arcana/artificer-revisited).

I doubt that we'd be getting a UA today. I'd guess sometime next week, maybe later.
