Baldur's Gate: DA, and the Elfsong's big attraction

I was kinda digging around the Forgotten Realms Wiki, and decided to read up on what became of Alyth's business once the tavern's main attraction was set free at the end of the first game. With no elf ghost to sing, would that have hurt her business?

Did it? Or do you mean there's no official answer so we can freely speculate?

I guess it might have, but probably not enough to close down the tavern or anything. It's the kind of thing a proprietor could build into the story of the venue. "We used to have a ghost, until..."

All it said on the wiki was that Alyth retired a decade or so later, and her son inherited the tavern. So the business is still open, but no details on how losing their main attraction affected business, lol.
