As stated in the Title, I might need a backup Character for the Tomb of Annihilation.

Right now I'm playing a Lightfoot Halfling Rogue Swashbuckler 8/Celestial Warlock 3 w/Blade.
His fourth level went to the Bountiful Luck feat - to help the party.

Just got Level 11, and I'm taking the Second Chance feat.
If I get to 15th Level, I'll give him the Lucky feat.

We have in the party
Player 1 - A Half-Elf Cleric of Life (Palor).
Like me - Is a regular member of the group.

Player 2 - a Tiefling Fiend Warlock and a Warforged Bear Barbarian.
This person is leaving the game after next session.

Player 3 - a Human Diviner Wizard.
New player.

I suppose that I could play another Rogue, but don't want to play the same Subclass.

I don't see much need for a Thief in ToA, since it's not really important to get past locked doors with a bonus action. Same problem with the Inquisitive finding Traps as a bonus action.

Mastermind might be useful, with their Help Other up to 30 feet away.

But, what about something else?
I don't want to just duplicate the Bear Barbarian.

As a ToA vet, I would say go with a woodsy/tracky PC like a Druid, Ranger, or OotA pally. Not to spoil anything but once in the tomb, anthing w/radiant is key so maybe pick OotA pally.

I have not really seen (or tried) OotA Pally.
So, I think I'll give that a try!
Thanks!!
