Working on kind of a wacky build- a leader designed to recharge daily item powers. It's not at the very top of leaderdom, but it seems like it would be fun with a DM who gives relatively free rein on items. Some of these are well known, but some aren't- not all of them are going to be found in the item guide, for example, though many are.
That brings up the question of what item dailies are really good. I've got a list of some, but am always looking for more. All items are Uncommon in rarity unless otherwise stated.
Weapons-
*Targeting Weapon- 8+ bows/crossbows only. On hit, you and allies double roll vs. the enemy.
*Captain's Weapon- 13+, melee weapon, RARE. Standard action to grant allies within 3 a basic attack.
*Battlemaster's Weapon- 14+, any. Minor action to regain an Encounter power.
Implements-
*Symbol of Victory- 9+, holy symbol. When you or an ally crit, grant them an AP.
*Cog of Erathis- 8+, holy symbol. When you hit, put an ally in initiative order right after you.
*Controller's X- 13+, many different types. Minor action to make your next power that hits also Weaken that enemy. From Revenge of the Giants.
Head-
*Helm of Heroes- 10+, head. When you grant an ally a basic attack, they can use a Standard instead.
Ring-
*Ring of Borrowed Spells- 17, Ring. 2 Encounter arcane powers level <=17 are stored inside, Standard to use one.
*Ring of the Dragonborn- 15, Ring, RARE. IR to use an Encounter power; if you've hit a milestone, can use one already expended.
*Ring of the Radiant Storm- 17, Ring. If you miss all targets with lightning/radiant encounter power, regain the power. If you hit a milestone, do it with a daily.
Wondrous-
*Power Jewel- 5, Wondrous. After milestone, minor action to regain a level 1 or 3 Encounter power.
*Salve of Power- 10, Wondrous. After milestone, minor action to spend surge and regain Encounter power.
*Dice of Auspicious Fortune- 11, Wondrous, RARE. Roll 3d20s, use up to 1/Encounter in place of rolling.
*Stone of X- Reroll miss on attack of X type.
Waist-
*Diamond Cincture- 10+, Waist. Minor, spend healing surge.
*Belt of the Witch King- 18, Waist. Free, when you become Bloodied, regain lots of hp.
Armor-
*Dwarven Armor- 2+. Daily, free, surgeless healing.
