So, apart from Bracers of Exit (A&EG) and Spell Immunity, are there any other ways around Dimensional Anchor line of effects?

Well, first of all, it's a Ray that allows SR. So e.g. Spell Resistance (the spell) allows gaining SR enough to ignore it about half the time; any more is of course bonus as are any other sources of it (Awaken Spell Resistance, Shapechange into form with SR, etc.). Same goes for any way to acquire Magic Immunity (Shapechange in the forefront). It's also a Ray so spells like Ray Deflection, Friendly Fire and company make you completely immune to it in particular.

Now, ignoring Dimensional Lock/Forbiddance/etc. is a bit trickier. Wish should work as stated, and Dimensional Lock allows SR so the mentioned options exist on that front. Can't think of much outside that. Breaching Obelisk maybe.

Dimension Lock is an Emanation, so total cover would block it, even within its radius, wouldn't it?

True, that always works.
