Fixing Psychosis in Pathfinder?

I really don't like this affliction- I know that Pathfinder isn't really meant to reflect reality, but this seems a bit much.

I'm thinking of a few different options:
Remove the affliction from the game.
Restat it.
Rename it.

"Rename it" seems the easiest option. Negative effects that turn PCs evil have been in D&D almost since the beginning, but tying them to actual psych terms is probably the biggest point of contention here.

Yeah I've known a few people who had a form of psychosis- wouldn't describe any of them as evil, since pretty much all of them were totally sweet. :)

Renaming it does seem like the best option... I don't think i'd need to ascribe a specific real world disorder to it. This has elements of a few different illnesses.
