If your player is using a +1 glaive, do you allow the bonus to apply to the PAM bonus attack?

What if the glaive was flaming, would you give the extra flame damage to the PAM bonus attack?

What if Elemental weapon was cast on the glaive?

What about the spell Magic Weapon?

You're still attacking with the weapon, so bonuses to the weapon still apply.

The only one I'd hesitate about is flaming: So far as I know, that's not a standard any-weapon property, so a flaming glaive would have to be a homebrewed item (possibly based on the Flame Tongue sword?). In that case, the DM that homebrewed it would have to decide how it worked, and might reasonably decide that only the blade is flaming.
