Will expertise animal handling and the animal handler feat (UA) stack?

can anyone cite me something on it?

Your proficiency bonus is doubled for the selected skill by expertise.
Your proficiency bonus is doubled for the feat.
So if you’re level four, Expertise doubles your proficiency bonus of 2 to 4, while the feat doubles your proficiency bonus of 2 to 4.
In other words no, they don’t stack.
