Half-Orc Zealot Barbarian 1-20

16 Str, 14 Dex, 16 Con, 8 Int, 12 Wis, 8 Cha

Wear Breastplate and use a Greataxe

Level 4 take GWM
Level 8 take +2 Str
Level 12 take Res(Wis)
Level 16 take +2 Str
Level 19 take +2 Con

At level 20 you'd have 24 Str and 22 Con and you could drop the armor completely.
