Can't find a template, platinum kobold?

I swear I saw this somewhere a couple years back but for the life of my I simply can't find it no matter what keywords I try to use on google. It was something about a platinum kobold of bahamut, I think it was a paladin? Maybe it was some kind of weird prestige class? I know it involved a kobold for sure. I'm honestly starting to think I am crazy and it doesn't exist, but if it does I'm sure somebody here can help me find it. Please and thank you, it's really bugging me.

Are you sure it wasn't just a regular (or dragonwrought) Kobold with levels in the Platinum Knight (or Vassal of Bahamut) prestige class?

...or maybe just a Kobold with the Dragonborn of Bahamut template?

Im not sure at all, that was why i had to come looking for help to find it. I thought it was an actual template specifically for kobolds that made them platinum but i could simply be remembering wrong. it may have just been flavor text or an illustration that made it a plat kobold as an example? you've given me a place to start looking though, so thanks.

Dragonborn of bahamut has an illustration of a halfling dragonborn, which looks an awful lot like a platinum kobold?
