Do you use Honor and Sanity?

I've actually been wanting to for a long time now, but haven't got around to it.

How would you go about stating them?

Nah. I personally don't like sanity mechanics in my RPGs. Jonor I could see as a supplementary system, but not an ability score. I feel like using either stretches your points in point buy way too thin if you use that rule. I guess it wouldn't be quite as bad if you roll.

I used sanity once in diablo campaign I ran in 5e. It was fun and fit the campaign.
