I am playing a hydrokineticist, and I have the kinetic healer utility wild talent, it the healing only doing 4d6+4+8(con modified), or can I increase it with the Metakinesis (Su): Empower Spell??

I don't think you can empower your kinetic healing, because even though the healing is based on your kinetic blast damage, it isn't your kinetic blast and metakinesis specifically says it affects your kinetic blast.

I guess that might be a rules oversight, but I think it's intentional that it doesn't work on other abilities.
