List of all small PC races

I'm playing a campaign where we all decided that we wanted to play small races, I need some more races outside Gnome, halfling, and goblin

I have seen Hengeyokai, and have taken it into consideration

Musteval is my favorite small race. (At will magic missle. Other SLAs, Racial resistances, save bonuses, more. Anthropomorphic ferret people)

I think one of the compiled race lists erroneously listed them as Small at one point: you're definitely not the first person I've seen who thought they were small...

A type of goblin called the Blue is psionic.

Edit: Given your edit, I should note that the 3.0 Blue is LA+0 but the 3.5 Blue is LA+1.

Is being Tiny cool too? If so, check out the muckdweller (Serpent Kingdoms) and the jermlaine (MM2), each of which are Tiny LA 0 races.

Ya Poison dusk are a favorite for me too they are really cool and have fun flavor. It is everything you want in lizardfolk with out all the crappyness of lizardfolk!

The wild dwarf is from races of faerun, pretty cool race with fun flavor.
