Epic Magic Shenanigans

I have a great fascination with epic magic, and I want to know what all your favourite epic shenanigans are, using the Epic Handbook's Epic Spellcrafting system, and anything applicable in published spaltbooks. Assuming, for example, that one has a limitless supply of XP, gold, time, and ninth-level slots (either through chain-gating Solars or Planetars or using epic magic to create a species of animated pebbles with a 1/day Wish SLA, or some such). What can one accomplish, and what would it take to do something like create whole stars, or animate them into literal Astral Constructs? What could one do beyond even that?

With sufficient cheese, it is possible to achieve basically anything your DM approves.

It's that last bit people overlook a lot. The rules explicitly say that the DM has to sign off on it. Now, they do seem to vaguely hint that the DM should have an open mind, but as written, even if you use the rules as written and do nothing ad hoc, the DM is still well within her rights to just say, "no, that isn't okay."
