What would happen if you had versatile channeler and a prc that gives a version of channel energy that even specifies that it counts as channel energy for feats and such.

theoretical level build would be wizard (necromancer) 5, soul warden 5. Something like that.

Soul Warden stacks/works with neither*.
All classes with a channeling pool grant separate pools, unless they specifically stack, so nothing with Wizard.
Versatile Channeler feat is non applicable to Soul Warden as per the "Note:" on the feat.

Necro-Wizard works with Versatile as per the feat's description.

*Soul Warden _does_ stack 'for the purposes of Channel>harming undead' but Necro-Wizard can only potentially 'turn undead' which doesn't care about damage.

Wait so what would the effect of a necromancer taking versatile channeling be?

From the feat:
"Having this feat means you qualify for feats and abilities that have “channel positive energy” or “channel negative energy” as a prerequisite (for example, you qualify for the Command Undead feat and the Turn Undead feat)."

You can take the Turn Undead feat. That's about it.
