Hey, wanted to make a special kind of Cerebremancer. I dont care what supplements I have to use, I just want to make the best conjuring Psion/Wizard (Level 12) I can. Thanks for any help.

Right now, I gave them Spell Focus Conjuration, Boost Construct, Augment Summoning, Greater Spell Focus, and Spell Penetration.
The AS are as follows: 10 STR, 10 DEX, 16 CON(rolled high and ended up with 61), 18 INT, 10 WIS, and 8 CHA.

1) Early entry. You want it (at least at these levels; if you were at level 18 this wouldn't be a big deal unless you had another dual-progression lined up). I'm not aware of any RAW way to get 2nd-level powers out of a psion before 3rd level, so this boils down to Precocious Apprentice or Improved Sigil (Krau). Note that Precocious Apprentice requires DM approval.

2) Races. Good choices are Grey Elf (+Int, Faerie Mysteries Initiate), Illumian (power sigils, particularly Krau if it's ruled to work on manifester level), Whisper Gnome (+Dex/+Con, Small/30ft), Elan (has uses for large amounts of PP, which you may have spare due to wizard casting) and (*sigh*) Venerable Dragonwrought Kobold (unless your DM rules the maximum age to go off Cha bonus rather than Cha score, in which case you'll die of old age).

3) Power/spell selection. Obviously, there are things one side will do better than the other, and you should do those things with the side that's better at them. However, if both sides do the same thing similarly well, consider how often you'll be casting it. Something you'll be doing every day? Worth a power known. Something you just want as an occasional utility? Get it with Wizard. Do bear in mind that powers are effectively auto-silent and auto-still, so things you would consider putting those on count as "psionics does it better".

Specific to conjuration, I'd recommend Psiotheurgist (Conjuration (all others)/Metacreativity) from Dragon 349. Your caster level and manifester level for that school and discipline will now be hueg.

What you want is an Erudite from Complete Psionic, using the spell-to-power variant to learn Wizard spells as though they were psionic powers.

If magic/psionics transparency is being used, and you're insistent on sticking with Cerebremancer, then make the character an Illumian in Races of Destiny. Get the Krau sigil and the feat Improved Sigil: Krau, go two levels of one class and one of the other class and begin play with nine levels of Cerebremancer.

For both a Summon Monster Wizard and an Astral Construct focused Psion, you generally want alternate class features. For a Wizard, that means Rapid Summoning, Augment Summoning for free, and Spontaneous Summoning (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/specialistWizardVariants.htm#conjurerVariants). You can get all of that with a single level of Wizard. For a Psion, that means Personal Construct (http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/psm/20070411a), which requires Psion 5. For your current build, assuming you go with the Illumian early entry, your feats should be Improved Sigil: Krau, Augment Summoning (bonus), Boost Construct, Ectopic Form: Emerald Gyre, Psicrystal Affinity (Hero or Nimble), and Extend Power.

Summon Monster spells in general are actually pretty bad. They were designed for a party with low optimization, and it's not very easy to make them any better. You may be better off using Summon Nature's Ally spells, which benefit from Ashbould, Greenbound Summoning, and a Ring of the Beast. Something like an Archivist (http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ex/20051007a&page=3)/Psion/Psychic Theurge (http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/psm/20040925b) (using the above Illumian early entry) or even a Druid/Ardent/Psychic Theurge (or some kind of psionic variant of Arcane Hierophant that has a psicrystal the size and form of an animal companion!) would be better at summoning. If going the Ardent route, use Substitute Powers (http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/psm/20070629a) to get Astral Construct and other necessary powers.

I only have two words for you: mind mage (http://www.angelfire.com/pro/demon_1/prc_mind_mage.htm).

Oh, and use the rules for adding item effects onto other items to stack several chronocharms of the uncaring archmage atop one another. VASTLY outstrips that stupid personal construct ACF, like, 99% of the time, so long as you have a few gp, and you don't even have to waste a feat on it!

The main issue there is that Heighten Power doesn't actually exist in 3.5, making it an area where magic and psionics explicitly don't work the same way. The equivalent for psionics is augmentation, which doesn't do what you'd need it to do for early-entry (at least, into Cerebremancer).

This is almost as much of a stretch as saying you can apply metapsionic feats to spells.

The "God's Tools" series puts a couple of the Summon Monsters in the top category.

I will agree on divine often having more synergy with psionic than arcane, though.

You and I both know that Mind Mage is 3.0 psionics and nobody's going to allow it into 3.5 without adjustments.

You and I both know that Mind Mage is 3.0 psionics and nobody's going to allow it into 3.5 without adjustments.I'm pretty sure the only conversion needed is the Force Touch ability. Just add the word "blast (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/powers/concussionBlast.htm)" to "concussion" and ignore the other 3.0 powers, and you're gravy.
