So, is there precedence for an item that enhances nonmagical thrown weapons when you throw them?
Sorta like how a magical bow would enhance arrows?

Gloves of Endless Javelins in MIC, you may be able to make a version that creates throwing daggers for you instead.

There's a couple of items that create enhanced daggers and javelins on MIC, but none that enchant them. You could make one, though, using Radiant Aura as the base spell. Though that'd be pretty expensive, since it's a high-level spell.

It'd be pretty easy to homebrew though. Take something like the Glove of Endless Javelins as the 'masterwork item', then increase its price as if it were a magical bow/crossbow for the enchantment bonus it gives to its ammunition. Boom, done.

I did this for a player in one of my games. It worked just fine.

The gloves of endless javelins already produce +1 javelins, so you just assume the price for the base item, the masterwork property, and the +1 enhancement bonus are already incorporated in the item's price (7000 gp). It's easiest to imagine that 5000 gp is the base price of the masterwork item, so you just add the price of the magical enhancements on top of that:

So, gloves that produce endless +1 seeking javelins will cost you 13,000 gp.
