so I would like to see what folks might think of the following class's & prc's specifically
then if they seems decent and makes sense overall..
do not worry about race as this is more about what the specific listed classes & prc's offer

level 100 -(dont ask)

first 20 levels
Fighter archtype Mutation Warrior paired with Investigator archtype Empiricist
first off this grants full bab and good saves for all, these Talents ( Amazing & Combat Inspiration, Numerical Alchemy, Rogue Talent x2 (Finesse Rogue & Sneak Training) for certain the rest TBD

PRC's upto lvl 30
sanguine-angel paired with coastal-pirate
this grants full bab and good saves for all, initally seems to work well with the above classes

31-100 TBD

Due to the (frankly quite utterly bonkers) level 100 house rule, the question of whether it's a good choice to take the first 20 levels in Mutation Warrior fighter//Empiricist investigator largely depends on three things:

Are you actually going to play all levels, from 1st to 100th?
Does anything stack after 20 levels, and if so, what (ie can you get for example up to +50d6 SA, +100 BAB, +100 CL, 100 skill ranks, +60 to saves and/or 20d12+90d10 hp from your levels)?
Do the general rules for levels 1 - 20 remain in levels 21 - 100 (ie do you for example continue to gain a new feat every second level and an ability increase every 4th level)?

Generally speaking, if the answer to question #1 is "Yes", from a pure optimization perspective, you'll want to combine a full caster class with a full bab class for maximum versatility both in and out of combat. Also keep in mind that if for example things like save bonuses, CL and bab from class levels do stack, you're most likely going to need these values to be at the very least +50, +90 and +90 (respectively) by level 100 in order to at least have a chance of being reasonably viable against the opposition.

On top of this, with a total of up to ten full 1st - 20th class levels to play with, you'll most likely want to max out as many useful sub-systems as possible, including for example all forms of casting (including extracts), eidolon evolutions (via synthesist) and potentially SA, animal companion and familiar. Which in turn means that if this game is intended to be played with more PCs and they likely be equally optimized, they'll also likely become increasingly mechanically similar the more levels you gain.

Another fundamental consideration is that using Str as your attack stat will likely be either vastly superior or vastly inferior to using any other stat. This is because you can pump your Str significantly higher than any other stat, which in turn means you're either basically required to use Str to have a chance of hitting in higher levels, or that any other stat will do in which case a high Str will be largely redundant in a majority of levels. This of course also affects how to prioritize your other ability scores, most notably your casting stat(s). A ton of other things will likely be even more extremely binary cases of "total win with max investment and utterly useless without" and/or "utterly useless after level X due to frequency of immunity/impossible opposing values/etc or total win after level X", and plenty of other things will simply not be viable. This likely affects the usefulness of for example combat demoralization and other fear or possibly all mind-affecting effects, CMB/CMD (dirty trick can become even more of a total no-brainer) and more than a thousand spells.

TL/DR: I think you need to ask your GM about all these important related details and post the answers here before anyone can give you actually valuable advice.

Hmm. Yes.

A few more questions for your DM:
1) Will you be approving extended progressions of existing classes? E.g., if you try to be a Summoner-100, does the Eidolon keep improving after 20th? What about casting and Summoner class features?

Note: All the numerical features of the Eidolon are on easy progression patterns, if you remove the first five level from consideration (which is front-loaded, for the most part, and that's standard of most classes):
HD: +3/4ths per summoner level
BAB: Ditto.
Good Saves / Poor Saves: Just standard for the HD progression.
Skills: Ditto.
Feats: Ditto.
Armor Bonus: Goes up by +2 twice over every five levels - Once at the '2nd' level in the progression, and again at the 5th.
Str/Dex bonus: +1 twice over every five levels - 3rd and 5th in the cycle.
Evolution Pool: Goes up 6 points every 5 levels, in a +1/+1/+1/+1/+2 pattern.
Max Attacks: +1 every 5th level.

Do you get 7th level Summoner spell slots and spells known at 21st? From what list might you draw them?

The answer to this greatly impacts a build - If you stop at level 20 in a casting class, anything with even a tiny (for the level) amount of SR will be basically magic-immune. A Cleric-40 casting Spell Resistance, for instance, is liable to be untouchable via magic with just 20 levels in each class.

2) How does the DM want to handle monsters as races? Templates? Those can get VERY tasty (note that "no" is a perfectly valid answer).

3) 3rd party sources?
