Both bloodlines seem to have potential for free healing with thier arcanes. Obviously unlimited healing is kinda game breaking.

Starting with Phonix, planty of effects that can deal fire damage and they often take just one talent. For example, fire package of nature sphere, fire blast from destruction sphere and you can even get it as part of cantrips feat. In particular Fire Blast can be absolutely game breaking as it can last indefinitely as players choose not to make a saving throw.

Unicon is even more open ended. Effects like Invigorate can be casted for free and spell lv is based on CL. Meaning you only need to be a second level to heal for free. Here I was thinking of replacing a spell lv with spell points spend.

Hadn't seen those before. Interesting.

First, game breaking isn't necessarily accurate. It removes HP attrition as a major factor over the course of a day. Note that Phoenix can already be cheesed like that (less efficiently) by using elemental spell on acid splash, jolt, or ray of frost (why are there no fire cantrips?) with a meta-magic cost reducing trait. If you allow wands of cure light wounds, then HP attrition becomes minor wealth attrition, so that concern is largely removed.

That said, SoP makes healing with fire via Phoenix very efficient and either bloodline breaks SoP's general requirement that resources be spent on real HP healing, so I think limiting the bloodlines to only trigger when spending a spell point is an easy and straightforward way to handle it.

Bah. Just Crossblood with Efreeti or Elemental(Fire). Either Arcana lets you FREELY change ANY energy spell into Fire instead.

As for unlimited healing between fights, there's always Glorious (https://www.aonprd.com/FeatDisplay.aspx?ItemName=Glorious%20Heat) Heat (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/glorious-heat/) + Spark (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/all-spells/s/spark).
They printed it, and realized it was broken.
It was apparently SO broken that they made a special statement saying they "don't do errata" for the type of book it was printed in, but if they DID errata/reprint it they would fix it, and here's how they would fix it (etc...)

Fast forward to the feat getting reprinted a few years later and....it's the original, un-erratad version.
*cue facepalm*

There's also the ridiculously cheap Boots of the Earth (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic-items/wondrous-items/a-b/boots-of-the-earth/) to give anyone Fast Healing 1.

It's a bit much, yes, but SoP has some pretty potent healing options, so it's not quite so gamebreaking as it might seem.

Combine the Guardian sphere talent Endure Pain from spheres of might with the Life sphere talent of Painkiller and a champion can, without spell point expenditure, convert incoming damage (BAB times 3) into lethal damage and then spend a standard action to heal caster level in nonlethal damage and provide caster level in temporary hit points to cover any damage that doesn't go into the delayed damage pool.

Combine with Deeper Invigorate, and those invigorate numbers double.
