I remember that there is an official 3.5 book(I think it might've been either a module or setting-specific book) that had a feat that was identical to Practiced Spellcaster, but was specifically for Spell-like abilities.

For the life of me I can't remember both the name of the feat and the book it was from.

Practiced Magic (The Shackled City Adventure Path)

That is useful, I only knew the one in Dungeon Magazine #116.

If you are not talking about class based Spell-like abilities, you can also take Supernatural Transformation from Savage species. Not only does it change your SLA into a supernatural ability, it sets your ability to the original caster level or your HD. I think the FAQ said it was a no go for a warlock, but that does not seem to match the rules.

It was printed as part of the Shackled City adventure path in Dungeon Magazine and later reprinted when the AP got its own hardcover release.
