I guess it would depend on how an aasimar was born, which I imagine would involve the following options, with the following chances for a sibling to be an aasimar too. Note that I am not considering half-siblings.
* Born from an angel and a human. 100%.
* Born from an union blessed by an angel. 80%.
* Born as the reincarnation of a soul from Mount Celestia. 20%.
* Born as "the chosen one" of a prophecy. 1%.
