I know the ones in the DMG, and the Warlock ones in Complete Mage and the Arcane Hierophant in Races of the Wild, but is there anywhere they're all listed together?

When you say multiclass, are you referring to prestige classes that effectively progress two different classes' spells and/or features?

Yes, those. Eldritch Knight, Arcane Trickster, Mystic Theurge, and their splatbook equivalents.

Troacctid built a spreadsheet (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?493135-List-of-all-prestige-classes-that-progress-spellcasting) a couple of years ago, which you can scroll through to find the dual-progression PrCs.

It’s slightly wonky, alphabetized by source abbreviation rather than PrC title, but still one hella resource. I can't imagine the time that went into it.

Just scrolling through, it looks like we have Fochlucan Lyrist, Eldritch Disciple, Eldritch Theurge, Ultimate Magus, Green Whisperer (a favorite of mine), Mind Mage, Mystic Theurge, True Necromancer, Sapphire Hierarch, Soulcaster, Yathrinshee, Arcane Hierophant, Anima Mage, Noctumancer, Tenebrous Apostate, Psychic Theurge, Soul Manifester, and Cerebremancer.
