Currently, it appears he assumes he has infinite spell slots/sorcery points. Thread was deleted before I could read his excuse for that.

The funny thing is, even if everything works like he says, it's still just a 16 dex archer without extra attack. The "massive damage" he talks about comes from Purple Worm Poison which for some reason he assumes he has unrestricted access to at level 6. But any build could assume that.

This time around he made the hilarious decision to cast Warding Wind on himself: in other words, he's giving himself disadvantage on his ranged attacks and deafening himself.
