Let's say you play a big dumb bruiser whose defining trait is really really strong. Or for that matter you polymorph into one...

Does anyone know of a consolidated list exploring what mundane things you can do with this beyond, hit hard and do damage?

I guess I'm looking for comparitive DCs of lots of superhuman stuff that the Hulk can do, like rip through sheet metal, pick up and throw a cow, charge through a wall, sunder the cavern floor beneath you by stamping, snap a broadsword in your hands, tip over a wagon, rip up a tree and use it as a club etc etc. I find these rules a bit scattered and annoying to implement on the fly, so have to precalculate values for a given area to allow for this kind of play if I don't want to fudge it or interrupt the game flow.
