My DM is being generous and allowing gratuitous amounts of homebrew into our campaign. I decided to make a character centered on being one with two worlds, the Prime Material and Astral plane. I want him to (at later levels, I'm getting this pre-approved) to be able to pull others into the plane and fight them there, where he has an advantage from being able to function normally where his target does not.
That being said, are there any RAW differences between the two planes? If not, what is a good way of wording an (almost) ribbon feature to grant this advantage?
