Help with ships in 3.5?

Hey, so I'm doing an adventure in a Archipelago and obviously need ship rules. So I'm using the ones in Stormwrack primarily but was wondering if there was a convenient "Character Sheet" for ships? Something to keep track and organize statistics? I figured it would be helpful, especially if players were going to commandeer or buy a ship.

Ship (and other vehicle) stats are pretty simple. An index card that can be kept with character sheets or other campaign notes is plenty of space to fit all their stats.
