What do you think folks, if I cast Shillelagh from a wand prototype am I getting double Int to damage?

Any damage roll you make for a cantrip in the wand gains a bonus equal to your Intelligence modifier (minimum of +1).

Shillelagh
The wood of a club or Quarterstaff you are holding is imbued with nature's power. For the Duration, you can use your Spellcasting ability instead of Strength for the Attack and Damage Rolls of Melee Attacks using that weapon, and the weapon's damage die becomes a d8. The weapon also becomes magical, if it isn't already. The spell ends if you cast it again or if you let go of the weapon.

The damage from the Cantrip is a d8, as it replaces the normal weapon damage, right?

No, because Shillelagh is not on artificer's spell list. It can't be used with Wand Prototype.

And even if it was shilleigh is not an attack cantrip that does damage. The damage comes from the modified club/quarterstaff itself
