Help selecting published adventure

Hi guys can you please recommend me a low tier written dnd 5E adventure that I can re-skin to Dark Sun?

Perhaps Sunken Citadel? You could re-do all the draconic elements to imagery of a god of your choosing. (Players might even pray to that god, which could result in some interesting role-play moments.)

The lower levels might resonate strongly with the setting as well. At last, the druid managed to grow something in this blasted world! At last, he created new life! But it's a monstrous thing, and your players will have to decide whether or not to destroy that life, which may mean more on Athas than on other worlds...

I'd suggest Curse of Strand.
Strand is a god-king / dragon. The mists are sandstorms. The villages are oasises. The vistani are a wandering tribe of nomads. The whole, bleak gothic atmosphere rather fits Dark Sun.

Of course, that's more of a campaign suggestion than a low tier adventure.
