Edit: Improved all races and even added a new one, the Sun Fey

So, a big complaint about mundanes in 3.x is that they can deal damage, but that's pretty much it. Monstrous races like the Minotaur only allow for them to deal even more damage, but not much else. With this in mind, I created 3 4 races that I think would really help mundane characters by giving them some things usually associated only with spells.

+2 Con, +2 Wis
Medium size Fey
Speed 30ft land speed
Superior Low-light vision.

Healing Wave (Su): When a Moon Fey is hit by an attack that deals hit point damage she can use an Immediate action to generate a healing wave that heals all living allies (but not herself) in a 30ft radius burst for 1d4 points of damage, plus 1 point of damage for every level, to a maximum of half the damage taken. This wave can’t be used to damage undead and nor can it be used while her Spell Resistance (see below) is suppressed. A Moon Fey can use this ability once per day for every level.

All seeing eyes (Sp): The eyes of the Moon Fey can see what others cannot and allow her to use the following spell-like abilities. Her caster level equals her character level.
3/day Detect Magic; 1/day See Invisibility; 1/week Scrying (casting time of 1 hour, only the Fey can see)

Spell Resistance (Ex): Moon Feys are naturally resistant to spells and have spell resistance equal to their HD + 10. Note that spell resistance might stop beneficial spells, although it can be suppressed for 1 round with a Swift action, or indefinitely with a Standard action, requiring another Standard action to resume.

Level Adjustment +1

+2 Dex, +2 Int (Medium Sun Feys). -4 Str, +4 Dex, +2 Int (Small Sun Feys).
Medium or Small size. Choosing to be small incurs all benefits and penalties of such.
Speed: 40ft land speed, regardless of size chosen
Low-light vision

Conduit of Light (Sp): A Sun Fey can manipulate light to create illusions, allowing use of the following spell-like abilities. Her caster level equals her character level.
5/day Silent Image; 1/day Invisibility, Swift Invisibility (Spell Compendium), Mirror Image

Haste (Ex): Sun Feys can move very quickly when needed, being able to activate a Haste effect (as the spell) as a Swift action. This effect can be suppressed with another Swift action. While under this effect, the Sun Fey has her Ignite ability active in full potency (see below). She can maintain use of this ability a number of rounds per day equal to her level. This effect is Extraordinary in nature, and can’t be dispelled or suppressed by an Anti-Magic Field.

Body of Light (Su): A Sun Fey can - with concentration - dismiss her physical body and turn into a being of pure light. When she does that, she may only take a single move action each round and doesn’t benefit from any equipment she might have, but gains the benefit of a Ghostform spell (Spell Compendium). While under this effect, the Sun Fey has her Ignite ability active in full potency (see below). She can maintain use of this ability a number of rounds per day equal to her level.

Ignite (Ex): As a Swift action a Sun Fey can get her body to glow, shedding bright light in a radius up to 30ft. This effect can be suppressed with another Swift action, but can otherwise be maintained for as long as she wants. This effect counts as a 3rd level [Light] spell for the purposes of dispelling magical darkness. This effect is Extraordinary in nature, and can’t be dispelled or suppressed by an Anti-Magic Field.

Level Adjustment +1

+2 Str, +2 Con (Medium Nature Feys). +4 Str, +2 Con, -4 Dex (Large Nature Feys).
Medium or Large Fey. Choosing to be Large incurs all benefits and penalties of such.
Speed: 30ft land speed regardless of size chosen.
Doesn’t get Low-light vision like most other Feys

Transport through Earth (Ex): Nature Feys can travel through earth and stone. This transport must begin and end in a surface made of earth or stone within line of sight, and it must go through earth or stone. A Nature Fey can move a total of 10 feet per level each day in this way. This amount can be split among many jumps, but each one, no matter how small, counts as a 10-foot increment. Using this ability is a Standard Action, however, it can be used as a Swift action by spending twice as many feet increments (minimum 10ft to move 5ft). This effect is Extraordinary in nature, and can’t be dispelled or suppressed by an Anti-Magic Field.

Rock-like (Sp): A Nature Fey’s connection to the earth allow her to use the following Spell-like Abilities. Her caster level for them is equal to her character level.
1/day Meld into Stone, Tremorsense (Spell Compendium)

Damage Reduction 2/-

Level Adjustment +1

+2 For, +2 Cha
Medium size
Speed: 30ft land speed, 30ft fly speed (Good maneuverability). Note that creatures carrying more than light load cannot fly.
Low-light vision

Skills: A Sky Fey’s wings grant it +4 to Tumble and Balance checks made on land, as well as a +8 on Climb and Jump checks.

Slow Fall (Ex): As long as her wings are unbound, an Avian Fey can always slow down her falls much like a Feather Fall spell. This ability requires no action on the part of the Avian Fey.

Lord of the Sky (Sp): A sky fey’s connection with the winds allow her to use the following Spell-like Abilities. Her caster level for them is equal to her character level.
2/day Gust of Wind, Updraft (Spell compendium)

Level Adjustment +1

So, what do you think? PEACH

So those are taken like classes just like divine minion and shadow creature?
Also I suggest adding detect magic to the moon ones.
And for the other fey give some more stuff: flight and a total of +4 to stats should not cost one full level.(knowing that it takes a single feat to fly and that increasing stats does not have that much value: if you were handing some more it could be worth it but right now it is not)
And that was comments assuming it was a template class like divine minion or shadow creature which is much better than races with la normally.

Which "single" feat allows you to fly?

Damn! They aren't classes, they are races. That's what I get for posting in a hurry :(

It's fixed now

I think Noob means Shape Soulmeld:Airstep Sandals (or whatever it's called), but that's really bad flight as opposed to an actual fly speed

Alternatively if you are ready to spend more resources you can be a lesser asimaar(no la but you are only humanoid but you still get the stat boosts or was it just a savage progression you could have 0 levels in?) and take celestial bloodline then outsider wings(or do that with lesser tiefling)
Lesser asimaar gives a total of +4 stat boosts but not to physical stats so it is not that great but slas like protection from evil or bless are correct.(you get those from celestial bloodline)
If you are massively cheesy you could get the stronghold feat and make your stronghold be a fiendish wings graft with a bunch of other enchants.
Unseelee fey is la +0 and could give flight but it is an overpowered template that gives way too much for its cost.

I've edited the races, if anyone care to comment on their current state, I'd be grateful
