Need Advice on a Smart hero (Human) Stats

Got a level 5 smart hero (Human)
and I need Advice on her Stats

She is not meant for Melee
She Dose combat through an X-Bow
and uses her INT to hit targets

I Don't want to Min / Max but want to have Decent INT and ok Dex

Not entirely clear what you mean by "stats". Are you just looking for ways to boost Int and Dex, or something broader?

Are you talking about d20 modern? I'm not sure this belongs on the 3.5 forum. Either way.

There isn't really a direct way to increase your stats in d20, besides leveling up. Telling us level 5 smart hero with a crossbow doesn't actually say much either. Think about what she does in her day to day life. Is she a doctor? A mechanic? Maybe an engineer?
