What does land vehicle mean? Carts wagons and horses. Or just carts wagons ?

Horses and other animals are mounts. Land vehicles are listed under 'Tack, Harness, And Drawn Vehicles' on page 157 of the PHB: carriages, carts, chariots, sleds, and wagons.
