Every list of background I find only provides only proficiencies and completely ignores the ribbon feature. Are there any comprehensive yet compact lists that do list it?

I painstakingly wrote all of the ones I have in my printed books (PHB, SCAG, CoS, ToA) into my onenote for ease of reference. Not for the faint of heart.
