There exist among men some who possess such levels of sheer bull-headed determination that they will simply not back down from a fight. The unwavering hero fights on, fueled by nothing more than her own self-confidence.
This archetype for the fighter class is meant to be able to be both a tank and party face if need be.
Hope you all like it!

Resolute and Relentless
An unwavering hero may use her charisma score rather than her constitution score when determining her hit points and the number of negative hit points she can reach before dying.
Additionally, the unwavering hero may use her charisma score in place of her intelligence score for the purpose of meeting the prerequisites of combat feats.
This replaces proficiency with tower shields and heavy armor

Panache
At 3rd level, an unwavering hero gains a pool of panache points she may use to accomplish great deeds. This pool refreshes each day with a number of points equal to her Charisma modifier.
An unwavering hero recovers panache in the following ways:
Scoring a killing blow
Whenever the unwavering hero brings a hostile creature to 0 hit points or less, she regains 1 point of panache.
Suffering a grievous wound
Whenever the unwavering hero takes damage equal to or greater than twice her hit dice from a hostile creature’s attack, spell, or ability, she regains 1 point of panache.
This, and Deeds, below, replace armor training

Deeds
Unwavering Heroes spend panache points to accomplish deeds. Unless otherwise noted, a deed can be performed multiple successive times, as long as the hero has or spends the required number of panache points to perform the deed.

Kip-Up (Ex)
At 3rd level, while the unwavering hero has at least 1 panache point, she can kip-up from prone as a move action without provoking an attack of opportunity. She can kip-up as a swift action instead by spending 1 panache point.

Brazen Defender (Ex)
At 3rd level, as long as the unwavering hero has at least 1 panache point, she gains the benefits of the Bodyguard feat. By spending 1 panache point, she may divert an attack to herself as an immediate action as if she had the In Harm’s Way feat.

Intimidating Prowess (Ex)
Starting at 7th level, while she has at least 1 panache, if the unwavering hero makes a successful attack using a weapon she has weapon training with, she may make an intimidate check to demoralize the target as a swift action.

Hero’s Determination (Ex)
At 7th level, an unwavering hero may spend 1 panache as an immediate action in order to add her Charisma bonus to a saving throw.

Unrelenting (Ex)
At 11th level, an unwavering hero may spend 1 panache as a free action when making a full attack action in order to make an additional attack at her full attack bonus.

Push Through (Ex)
At 11th level, an unwavering hero may spend 1 panache as a swift action in order to heal a number of hit points equal to her Charisma modifier. When she activates this ability, she may also remove any one of the following status effects: Fatigued, Shaken, or Sickened.
At 15th level, she adds Exhausted, Frightened, and Nauseated to the list of effects she can remove.

Unstoppable (Ex)
At 15th level, an unwavering hero may pay 1 panache as a free action to act as if under the effects of Freedom of Movement for 1 round. For the duration, the unwavering hero also adds her Charisma modifier to combat maneuver checks made to bull rush or overrun, and to acrobatics checks made to avoid provoking attacks of opportunity.

Terrifying Resolve (Ex)
At 15th level, when the unwavering hero makes a successful intimidate check to demoralize a creature, she may pay 1 panache as a free action to have that demoralize action stack, causing shaken creatures to become frightened, or frightened creatures to become panicked.

Cheat Death (Ex)
At 19th level, whenever the unwavering hero is reduced to 0 hit points or less, she may spend all of her remaining points of panache to instead be reduced to 1 hit point. She must have at least 1 point of panache to spend, and does not regain panache for taking the damage that triggers this ability. Effects that kill the hero outright without dealing hit point damage are not affected by this deed.

Oblivious to Pain (Ex)
At 19th level, the unwavering hero has DR/– equal to the number of points remaining in her pool of panache.
