Those spellcasting rules are oof. Only one spell above level 2 per day, basically? And you're otherwise only able to cast 1st level spells; this seems like a downgrade to the old paladin in many ways. I do like the idea of trading out some of the paladin's features for a once-per-day toolbox, but this seems too restricted to be useful (you essentially need to know exactly what problem you will prepare to solve at the start of the day, and outside that problem you're essentially a fighter).
The 1st level cleric spells gives the class a massive boost at low levels that falls off at an incredible rate, making it a lot stronger(relatively) at lower levels than at high- it's nearly a strictly better cleric at level 1, for example, but that isn't anywhere near representative of how it's going to perform at higher levels (fighter with a scroll, basically).

The core effect (once per day, cast a high level spell) seems like something that you could make more succinct.

Miracle: Replaces Turn Undead, Special Mount, and Remove Disease. In addition to your paladin spells, you can prepare any cleric spell of up to 1/2 your paladin level.
