I'm putting together a character I want to play with my group once I'm done GM'ing, so clearly there are things I need signed off on, and I don't have all of the stats, but I was hoping the board would look over my build and give me some advice. I'm looking for moderate to high optimization, but I am not looking for pun-pun. I'm much more likely to get approval if I follow the level scheme below, so I won't be changing that unless the suggestion is incredibly necessary. Suggestions and advice are welcome.

Human domain conjurer (advice on domains, or specialist welcome, I would prefer to play a human, the extra feat is tasty)

Flaw: Lose familiar: energy substitution cold (this needs approval, but I'm sure it'll be fine)
Human (@ 3 craft wondrous item, he's going to be using craft wondrous item to add low level at will spells to his quarterstaff, and using that as the source of the item familiar, it will be similar in effect to that of a staff of the magi when finished)

Iron will (ortugyhs hole)

1. Wizard 1 skill focus: spell craft, scribe scroll,
2. Wizard 2
3. Wizard 3: item familiar,
4. Wizard 4 +1 int
5. Wizard 5 extend spell
6. Incantrix 1 spell focus conjuration, (prohibit evocation), invisible spell,
7. Incantrix 2
8. Incantrix 3 +1 int
9. Incantrix 4 arcane thesis (what spell should i put here), persistent spell
10. Incantrix 5
11. Incantrix 6
12. Incantrix 7 +1 int spell focus illusion, lord of the utter cold
13. Incantrix 8
14. Incantrix 9
15. Incantrix 10 quicken spell, twin spell,
16. Archmage 1 +1 int
17. Archmage 2
18. Archmage 3 chain spell
19. Archmage 4
20. Archmage 5 +1 int

Thoughts, suggestions, advice, anything I'm missing, thanks for your time!

Make your own Staff of the Magi? Did I miss the Craft: Artifact feat somewhere?

Sorry for the confusion. I'll be using craft wondrous item to add some low level at will spells to my quarterstaff, and using that (once it's met the minimum gp requirement) as my item familiar. It will, when finished, resemble a staff of the magi.

So you're already playing an Incantatrix with focused specialist, item familiars, and persistent spell? I mean, I cant see how you'll get better than that.
